2.Delivery Time: 5-25 business days on average(customs/remote areas may take longer)

3.Processing: Orders handled with 1-3 business days after payment. No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking: Tracking number and carrier info sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties: Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries: Incorrect/incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fess.

7.Delays: Luxe&loom is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.
